How to Prepare Your Study Project in France?
Pursuing studies in France requires thorough preparation several months in advance. Admission Requirements and Administrative Procedures Depending on Your Country of Origin
Depending on your nationality, it is important to check the requirements of your designated Campus France office. You must ensure that you meet the criteria for obtaining a student visa, including holding a valid passport, your Baccalauréat diploma, and the French Language Proficiency Test (TCF).
PPA Business School offers a remote admission process for candidates residing outside France and the European Union. This online admission procedure is designed for international students wishing to study with us in France.
How to Apply to PPA Business School from Abroad?
Apply online by providing your nationality and address. Our International Relations Office will contact you by email with all necessary information to complete your application.
Application Deadlines
Please contact us between 1 year and at least 3 months before your intended start date.
- September/October intake: online application deadline July 1st
- November intake*: online application deadline September 1st
- January intake*: online application deadline November 1st
*Subject to availability of specific intakes depending on the chosen program.
After Admission: Finalize Your Enrollment
Once admitted, you will receive an official notification. You will need to complete all administrative steps, including full payment of annual tuition fees, to confirm your enrollment. At this stage, you will also receive the documents required for your student visa application.
Important: PPA Business School does not issue pre-enrollment documents.
Campus France Procedure: A Mandatory Step
To obtain your student visa, you must complete the Campus France procedure to secure the required Prior Agreement for your visa application. We advise you to create and complete your “Études en France” file as soon as possible.
Use the official Campus France resources to effectively prepare your study project. Please note that a validated Campus France file does not guarantee visa approval.
Upon Arrival in France: Full Support
Upon your arrival, PPA Business School’s International Relations Office will assist you with administrative procedures and answer any questions. Our academic teams and Career Services are also available to support you throughout your studies.
Validation of the Long-Stay Visa Equivalent to Residence Permit (VLS-TS)
- You must validate your VLS-TS online within three months of arrival.
- Algerian students must visit the prefecture to exchange their short-stay visa for a student residence certificate.
- Plan ahead for your renewal procedures by contacting our International Relations Office and consulting your prefecture’s website or the National Agency for Foreigners in France (ANEF).
Non-European Union Students and Work-Study Programs
- First-time arrival students are eligible for internship agreements during their first year of study.
- Apprenticeship and professionalization contracts are only available from the second year of study onward, in accordance with decree no. 2021-360 of March 31, 2021.
